Objective

The main objective of the project is to transfer the model of Animateur Curriculum from Slovenia and UK to Estonia with purpose to develop similar VET curriculum in Kuressaare Ametikool (Kuressaare Regional Training Centre).

The main approach is to use the model of both partners’ curricula, adapting this with the needs of Estonian tourism industry and develop a 2-year curriculum for VET institutions. By developing new curricula VET institutions can train specialists with special skills and knowledge who can work in tourism sector in SPA-s, hotels, activity centres, holiday camps, cruise ships, museums etc as activity or event organizers and entertainers. By increasing the number of skilled people the quality of tourism product and service will improve and finally the export sales income of Estonia will grow larger.
