The outcomes of the project will be:

• detailed description of activity based training needs in tourism sector of Estonia,
• the developed animateur curriculum (the final name may differ)
• core package of training materials, including e-learning package
• feedback questionnaires for evaluation of the course and curricula
• questionnaire for tourism service providers
• analysis of test course on basis of teachers’ self-evaluation and participants feedback
• promotion  leaflet of test course
• promotion  leaflet of curriculum
• DVD about test course for training and promotion purpose
• the web-site of project.
